Lately, I’ve been obsessed with Kale Chips! Our local farm opened back up after the winter season and I’ve been buying loads of veggies every week.
I’ve always wanted to make Kale chips but never got around to doing it. WHAT WAS I WAITING FOR?!? So DELISH! My kids love them, I love them, my husband not so much (LOL).
Here’s the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Wash your kale and dry very well. Remove stems and tear into pieces
- Spray your kale with olive oil and add 1/4 teaspoon or less of sea salt and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Make sure you have an even layer.
- bake for 12-15 minutes. You will want to remove when the edges start to turn brown.
